Catch can solution for the MK6 Golf R, 8P Audi A3/S3 and MK2 Audi TT-S with 2.0T FSI engine.

The oil catch can is used to prevent oil vapors from entering the intake manifold and clogging the intake valves of direct-injection engines. Oil deposits on the intake manifold and valves cause reduced performance, poor fuel economy, and can damage the fragile intake valves and engine.

To install this catch can with the CTS Turbo engine mount, order CTS-HW-426 (mounting bracket). Other aftermarket engine mounts may not be compatible.

Note: During the winter months, the fluid in the catch can can freeze and damage your engine. Pay extra attention to the fluid level, or you may choose to remove the catch can during periods of subzero temperatures.
