The CTS Turbo TT180 FMIC kit for MK1 TTs with FWD and Quattro drive is an excellent upgrade for both stock and modified cars. This kit offers a significant improvement in cooling compared to the competition and substantial cooling advantages over the factory setup. These improvements are due to the high-density intercooler core and cast aluminum tail tanks.

Every pipe in this kit is bead-rolled, so you don't have to worry about your boost pipes coming loose or leaking. Additionally, this kit uses stainless steel piping, 4-layer silicone fittings, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. This intercooler features cast aluminum end tanks and a high-density core that has been pressure-tested. Rated at 450 crankshaft horsepower, this intercooler measures 25.5" x 8" x 3" (64.14 cm x 20.32 cm x 7.62 cm). From end tank to end tank, it measures 35.5" (90.17 cm).

Note: If you're interested in maintaining the stealthy look, rest assured the kit can be installed without any modifications to the factory rebar and with very minimal modifications to the rear of the bumper.
