The CTS Turbo FMIC Kit for the B5 Audi A4 1.8T is an excellent upgrade for both stock and modified cars. This kit offers a significant cooling improvement compared to the competition and substantial cooling advantages over the factory setup. These improvements are due to the high-density intercooler core and cast aluminum tail tanks. Every pipe in this kit is bead-rolled, so you don't have to worry about loose or leaking boost pipes.

If that's not enough, this kit also uses black powder-coated steel pipework, 4-layer silicone fittings, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps.

This intercooler kit can support up to 450hp.

Sold with a MAP sensor flange. If your car doesn't have a MAP sensor, the flange will need to be sealed. The secondary air injection pump will need to be removed or relocated.

Note: *Silicone fittings must be trimmed for installation. If you're interested in maintaining a low-profile look, rest assured that the stock bumper grilles can be installed with minimal modification.
