The CTS Turbo Cast Catted downpipe kit for the 4.0T Audi C7 (S6/S7/RS7) is a direct solution for improved performance. Our downpipe kit removes the OEM junction and includes the necessary harness extensions for the O2 sensors.

The CAD-designed cast stainless steel header allows for unrestricted flow and 3" tubing runs all the way to the outlet connection.

• Cast stainless steel collectors
• Heat protection to keep temperatures down
• 3” Stainless steel tubing with sleeve clamps for easy installation and maximum exhaust flow
• Tapered to OE fit for direct mount to factory or aftermarket catback systems
• TIG welded
• High flow 200 cell metal catalysts to reduce exhaust flow restriction
• Stage 2 software tuning is required to remove the CEL, consult your software tuner.
• For racing use only! Not legal for use on public roads.

We recommend purchasing new OEM gaskets for a hassle-free installation (part number 4G0253115D, 2 required).
