The BOSS500 turbo upgrade kit for GEN1 EA888 TSI engines is a powerhouse capable of delivering up to 500 hp, with long-term reliability. Called BOSS (Bolt-On Speed Solution), this kit incorporates a CTS-proprietary CHRA and is installed in a custom-cast CTS Turbo exhaust housing, designed for a perfect fit with any downpipe and with a scroll area of approximately 0.63 AR for rapid, unrestricted boost response.
• CTS Turbo 50/67 dual ball-bearing CHRA with 11-blade billet compressor wheel
• Custom cast CTS Turbo exhaust housing
• Direct bolt-on installation without any modifications to the car
• Compatible with CTS Turbo intake and standard or CTS DV/BOV
• Fits standard or CTS Turbo turbo exhaust pipe
• Suitable for any downpipe
• Tuning available for standard and upgraded fuel systems
NB:
• Currently only compatible with CTS Turbo intake, adaptations for other intakes are possible but without CTS support.
• Only OEM or CTS Turbo exhaust pipe is compatible at this time.
