Newly developed at Airtec HQ in the UK, we are proud to introduce the Stage 3 front mount intercooler kit for modified Audi TT RS 8S owners seeking top cooling, power and performance.

The design features 70mm inlets and outlets that flow freely through custom tail tanks to a stepped, 100mm to 50mm-deep, single-pass core. The integrated crash bar maximizes surface area while retaining the towing eye function. This provides a massive 125% increase in surface area and 108% volume compared to standard, dramatically reducing cargo temperatures, making it suitable for highly modified models with over 500 hp.

Fits neatly behind the original bumper, but requires cutting and trimming. The kit includes CAD-designed tail tanks, laser-cut brackets, and all mounting hardware.
