The intercooler has a solid 90 mm thick core of flowed cast end tanks for optimal air distribution and maximum efficiency.
Tests have shown that intake temperatures are reduced from approximately 116°C to around 39°C, a significant improvement over the standard setup. This results in more consistent power output, both on the road and during performance use. This kit is supplied as a complete solution, including a complete 60mm boost pipe kit with high-quality silicone hoses.
Unique to this kit is that the intercooler is mounted on a included, custom crash bar, as a result of which no cutting on the bumper is needed and the installation remains neat and professional.
