The intercooler is equipped with Smoothly curved end tanks for optimal flow and a air-ram air intake which forces the airflow directly into the core. The entire unit is manufactured in-house in the United Kingdom and is the strongest intercooler available, backed by a 3-year warranty.
The 2.5" big boost pipe kit Replaces the restrictive 2" original Ford boost tubes and delivers bolt-on power. The kit was developed for high-performance remapped Focus RSs, and everything you need for installation is included.
The hot side, from turbo to intercooler, consists of 2.5" lightweight aluminium tubing that is connected with 5-ply silicone connectors from Pro HosesAll tubes have collared ends, preventing them from blowing off the connections at higher power outputs. Both the intercooler and the piping are available in Pro-Series Black.
NB: The hoses in Gloss Black are usually in stock; Nitrous Blue is made to order with a delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks.
