Airtec Motorsport intercooler upgrade for the Hyundai Kona N 2.0 T-GDiDeveloped as a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM intercooler, this upgrade is suitable for track use and sporty street use where stable performance under sustained load is essential.

The original intercooler is relatively wide but shallow and does not optimally utilize the available space above and below the core. Airtec Motorsport has therefore developed an intercooler that deeper, higher and wider is designed to make the most of the available space behind the bumper.

The result is a core that 33% deeper is then original and a 58% greater capacity offers compared to the OEM intercooler. In addition, the frontal area increased, which makes more efficient use of the available airflow and significantly increases the cooling capacity.

The inlet and outlet diameter has been increased from 50 mm to 63 mm and 65 mm, which means up to 30% larger ports. This reduces restriction and improves airflow. The kit comes with Pro Hoses silicone tubing that connects to the original boost pipe system.

In combination with high-flow one-piece cast end tanks This intercooler provides a significant improvement in cooling capacity, efficiency and internal volume compared to standard.

The comprehensive mounting kit includes all necessary mounting materials and a detailed installation manual.
