Airtec Motorsport stepped twin-core intercooler for the Hyundai i30N 2.0 T-GDi, developed as a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM intercooler. This upgrade is specifically designed for the Pre-Facelift models and offers maximum cooling performance during track use and sporty street use.
The intercooler uses a stepped twin-core design with a depth of 160 mm stepped to 70 mm, which makes maximum use of the frontal area within the limited space behind the bumper. In combination with high-flow one-piece cast end tanks, designed via CAD, this intercooler offers significantly more efficiency and volume than standard.
Immediately 70 mm cold side connection This is one of the largest intercoolers available for the Pre-Facelift Hyundai i30N. The larger internal capacity and improved airflow ensure lower inlet temperatures and more consistent performance under heavy loads.
Despite its larger dimensions, the intercooler fits neatly behind the original bumper and is no cutting or fitting requiredThe comprehensive mounting kit contains all necessary mounting materials, new Pro Hoses silicone hoses and a clear step-by-step manual with images. Assembly takes an average of 2 to 3 hours, depending on experience.
