Airtec Motorsport stepped twin-core intercooler upgrade for the Hyundai i30N 2.0 T-GDi Facelift (2021-2024)Developed as a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM intercooler, this upgrade is designed for maximum cooling performance during track use and sporty street use.

To prevent power loss during prolonged heavy loads, Airtec Motorsport has developed a larger and freer-flowing intercooler developed. Thanks to the stepped twin-core design with increased depth maximum frontal area is used within the limited space behind the bumper.

This results in a clear increase in total capacity and a significantly larger frontal surface compared to the original intercooler. In combination with CAD-designed one-piece cast end tanks the air is guided efficiently and evenly through the core for optimal cooling performance.

Immediately 70 mm cold side connection This is one of the largest intercoolers currently available for the Hyundai i30N Facelift. The larger internal capacity ensures lower inlet temperatures and more stable performance under heavy loads.

The intercooler fits neatly behind the original bumper and requires no cutting or fitting required. The installation takes on average 2 to 3 hours and the extended kit includes new Pro Hoses silicone hoses, all mounting materials and a detailed assembly manual with illustrations.

Available only in Pro-Series Black finish, with or without Airtec Motorsport logo and Gloss Black Pro silicone hoses.

NB: For the 2024 Version 3 facelift trim, the bezel will need to be slightly modified for installation.
