Airtec Motorsport front mount intercooler upgrade for the Ford Fiesta Mk8 1.0 ST-Line, developed to significantly improve the cooling performance and airflow of the small EcoBoost turbo.

This intercooler uses a horizontal 60mm twin-pass core where air flows from left to right through the intercooler. Thanks to this short air path, the turbo can move air faster, resulting in better response and more stable performance.

The design makes optimal use of the upper part of the intercooler, where the warm charge air enters. This creates a larger effective cooling surface and better heat dissipation under load.

The intercooler features flowed cast end tanks, resulting in fewer welds and a stronger construction with improved airflow.

For even better cooling performance, Airtec recommends making extra openings in the grille during installation using a Dremel or drill, so that more airflow is directed directly towards the intercooler.

The kit is supplied complete, including piping, mounting materials, and an installation manual. Installation is performed on the original crash bar mounting points and requires no drilling or cutting of the bumper.

NB: This intercooler does not fit vehicles equipped with adaptive cruise control (ACC).
