The Airtec Big Boost Pipe Kit for the Ford Focus Mk4 ST is a complete replacement for the original Boost tubing, suitable for track use and sporty street use. The kit was developed in-house at the Airtec headquarters in the United Kingdom and ensures more flow and content, less restriction, and a more direct response.
The 11-piece kit consists of three tubes of lightweight aluminum for extra strength, so that they do not fail even at higher load pressures. Additionally, there are six silicone connectors from Pro Hoses and two CNC milled couplings in the set, which make assembly as simple as possible.
On the hot side, from the turbo, the original tubing measures 55 mm and contains an indented section that restricts flow. The enlarged Airtec tubing has a along its entire length internal diameter of 60 mm, without restrictions.
On the cold side, towards the throttle body, the original tubing starts at 55 mm and tapers to 63 mm. The Airtec tubing has a along its entire length internal diameter of 63 mm, which increases both flow and capacity. No drilling or cutting is required for installation, and the kit comes complete with all the correct mounting materials and a comprehensive installation manual.
NB: This kit does not fit versions with an automatic transmission.
