Airtec Motorsport aluminum radiator upgrade for the Ford Focus RS Mk1 2.0 Turbo, developed to significantly improve the cooling capacity of the original cooling system for both sporty street use and track use.
The original Ford radiator features a relatively thin 25 mm core, which can pose a limitation under increased load or tuning. Airtec has therefore developed a fully aluminum radiator with a much larger 45 mm high-flow core.
In addition to the thicker core, this radiator also features a larger cooling surface, allowing heat to be dissipated more efficiently. This helps keep the coolant temperature stable during prolonged load and hot conditions.
The all-aluminum construction dissipates heat better than the original radiator with plastic parts, making it ideal for both track cars and heavily tuned street cars.
The radiator uses the original Ford rubbers and mounting points, making installation simple and requiring no modifications.
