The air filter is shielded from engine heat by a laser-cut aluminum heat shieldIn addition, the kit includes a aluminum intake pipe which tapers directly to 80 mm diameterThis provides a higher internal capacity and smoother airflow compared to the original rubber, ribbed intake tube with varying diameters.
