The Airtec Stage 2 Induction Kit is a completely newly designed intake system that works perfectly with the standard Ford Focus RS Mk3The kit replaces the original, restrictive plastic airbox, thereby ensuring freer intake air.
Compared to the original airbox, you can expect a gain of 5 to 10 hp, in combination with more torque, a more direct throttle response, and a sportier driving experience.
The kit is equipped with a free-flowing air filter and a CNC milled MAF sensor holder with engraved AS logo. The result is an enhanced intake sound and clearly audible turbo recirculation when releasing the accelerator pedal.
The whole is completed with a powder-coated aluminum heat shield of 80 mm intake pipe, which guides the air to the underside of the filter. This also provides clear added value to the engine compartment. Installation is simple, and the system can be quickly restored to its original state, for example, to maintain the manufacturer's warranty.
