The 034Motorsport pre-assembled High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) upgrade is a direct OEM replacement for the stock fuel pump on EA888 Gen 3 engines. By replacing the factory pump with this complete Hitachi (VAG) unit with the 034Motorsport piston upgrade pre-installed , fuel capacity is increased by up to 38.6% . This makes the fuel system suitable for E85 , race fuel, and higher power outputs with turbo upgrades.
The pump combines OEM quality with significantly higher performance. Thanks to a larger piston diameter , increased displacement , and higher maximum fuel pressure, the factory limitations of EA888 Gen 3 engines are overcome. Installation is plug-and-play, as it is a fully assembled pump.
Please note: For EA888 Gen 3 1.8T engines, installation is possible provided the vacuum pump housing is replaced .
