The integrated Euro 3 racing catalytic converter has a massive 101.6 mm diameter and is positioned in its factory location for optimal compatibility. This system also includes an integrated v-band flange at the turbine outlet, a flexible OEM-style bellows, and an exhaust hanger in its original location. The entire system is manufactured from durable 304 stainless steel and TIG welded for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. The development of the 034 Motorsport Cast Stainless Steel downpipe was carried out entirely in-house using the latest technologies, such as 3D scanning, CAD software and rapid prototyping. Extensive testing on multiple vehicles, including the development GTI from 034Motorsport, have ensured a perfect tuning of this exhaust system.
