About 50% of the downpipe is 3.5 inches (89 mm) for brutal flow and fast turbo spool, the other half is 3 inches (76 mm) and extends at the end to the original exhaust diameterThis way you benefit from maximum performance, while the downpipe simply fits on the original exhaust or center muffler without modifications.
The V2 downpipe is made entirely of T304 stainless steel and TIG weldedThe cast stainless steel elbow provides extreme strength and perfect gas flow. The downpipe has integrated OPF bungs and there are cap plugs included so that the downpipe is suitable for both OPF as non-OPF vehicles.
Your upgrade downpipe has a total of 3 sensor connections:
• 1x connection for the lambda sensor
• 2x temperature sensor bungs (as with all OPF models)
Important: in vehicles with OPF the original downpipe also 2 additional connections for OPF pressure sensors. This Connections are not on the Endura Motorsport V2 downpipe, because this pressure measurement is no longer used in performance upgrades.
What you need to do:
Remove the metal pipes from the pressure sensors. You will then only have the rubber hoses over.
Capping:
• Place a cap plug or a M8 bolt in each tube
• Secure with a hose clamp so that it is completely airtight
Tidy up:
• Tie the tubes together behind a heat shield
• Make sure they cannot come into contact with the exhaust or moving parts
