The 034Motorsport assembled High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) upgrade is a direct OEM replacement for the stock fuel pump on EA888 Gen 3 engines. By replacing the factory pump with this complete Hitachi (VAG) unit with 034Motorsport piston upgrade pre-assembled, the fuel capacity is increased to 38,6% increased. This makes the fuel supply suitable for E85, racing fuel and higher power with turbo upgrades.
The pump combines OEM quality with significantly higher performance. Thanks to a larger piston diameter, larger stroke volume and higher maximum fuel pressure The factory restriction on EA888 Gen 3 engines is lifted. The installation is plug & play because it is a fully assembled pump.
Please note: for EA888 Gen 3 1.8T engine mounting is possible provided the vacuum pump housing is replaced.
