The Audi S1 engine bay overheats quickly, so an open cone system would result in better airflow but higher intake temperatures. Eventuri has therefore completely redesigned the intake system to keep the airflow laminar and thus improve the efficiency of the turbo, resulting in a significant extra 17 hp!
