Airtec Motorsport oil cooler kit for the Hyundai i20N, developed for those who want to get maximum performance out of their i20N and encounter rising oil temperatures during intensive use. In tuned i20N models, the original oil cooling system may be inadequate, negatively impacting reliability and performance.
This oil cooler kit is Developed in-house at Airtec HQ in the UK and provides a complete solution to the significantly improve oil cooling. Thanks to years of experience with oil cooling systems for road and track cars, a large external oil cooler which is neatly mounted behind the bumper, despite the limited space available.
The kit uses a specially designed oil cooler of welded mounting brackets, which guarantees a perfect fit and stable mounting. In addition, use is made of high-quality braided oil lines with Aerotec fittings and a CNC milled sandwich panel which is specifically tuned to the i20N.
The system largely integrates with existing vehicle components. Light drilling work are required for installation. The improved cooling capacity ensures more stable oil temperatures, which is essential for engine protection and consistent performance.
NB: This is a motorsport oriented product. Installation may require slight increase in engine vibrations be noticeable in the interior.

Sandwich panel type:
• 2021 models: five bolts
• 2022 models: five bolts
• 2023 models: four bolts
• Late 2023 & 2024 models: deviating four-bolt type – not supported
For vehicles from the transition period (late 2022/early 2023), it is recommended to check the current sandwich panel. This is located at the front of the engine block under the intake manifold.
