Airtec Motorsport intercooler upgrade for the Hyundai i30N facelift, developed for who maximum performance wants to get out of his i30N. The original OEM intercooler is limited in size and cooling capacity, which can lead to rising intake temperatures and power loss under increased load.

This Airtec intercooler is a direct replacement of the original system and uses a stepped twin-core design with a core of 160 mm and 70 mmThis design maximizes the available surface area behind the bumper, resulting in significantly greater cooling capacity and more efficient heat dissipation.

In combination with high-flow one-piece molded cast end tanks The intercooler provides a much higher airflow and volume than standard. With a 70 mm cold side connection is this currently the largest intercooler on the market for the Hyundai i30N, which ensures lower charge temperatures and more consistent performance.

Despite its larger size, the intercooler fits neatly behind the original bumper and is no cutting or drilling required required.
