Airtec Motorsport intercooler upgrade for the Hyundai i20N, developed for those who want to get maximum performance out of their i20N. Under prolonged loads and increased boost pressure, the original intercooler can fail, leading to rising intake temperatures and power loss.
To prevent this, Airtec has a larger and freer-flowing intercooler developed that directly replaces the original OEM intercooler. Within the limited space behind the bumper, a stepped core design which is higher performed and to 130 mm deep runs. This results in a 71% greater capacity and a 55% larger frontal area compared to standard, which makes optimal use of the available airflow.
In addition, the inlet and outlet diameters increased from 50 mm to 63 mm To further improve airflow, the intercooler can be used with the original piping.
The intercooler is equipped with high-flow one-piece molded cast end tanks and a internal air diverter, so that the air is guided efficiently and evenly through the core. This ensures lower charge temperatures and more consistent performance under demanding conditions.
The set is finished in a high-quality black powder-coated finish and comes as a complete direct-fit kit, inclusive Pro Hoses silicone connectors and reducers, all mounting materials and clear assembly instructions.
