With our innovative high-performance intercooler from Wagner Tuning, you can replace the original charge air cooler and experience an impressive performance increase. Our high-performance intercooler has a new type of performance core with dimensions of 192 mm x 156 mm x 128 mm . It was specially developed for the high demands of the BMW M5/M8 engine and offers an incredible 75% more external intercooler core volume compared to the standard intercooler. The optimized ratio of inner to outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminum end boxes were designed using the latest CAD technology and optimized with CFD simulations. The result is excellent cooling performance with minimal back pressure, ensuring optimal charge air cooling with a significant performance boost. This kit is even ideal for demanding racing.
