Thanks to the impressive dimensions of the intercooler core (600mm x 395mm x 135mm [increments] = 28.9L) offers this intercooler An 127% larger flow area and an incredible 250% More charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance intercooler core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler, guaranteeing optimal cooling conditions. The high-quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators ensures even charging of the intercooler and achieves excellent cooling performance with minimal back pressure. This makes this kit perfect for racing and demanding driving conditions. Our intercoolers also have an anti-corrosion coating, which not only provides environmental protection but also ensures long-term, optimal cooling with a significant performance improvement. The cast aluminum end tanks have been specially optimized and perfected through flow analysis in the CFD system to ensure the best possible airflow. Thanks to the new Competition high-performance mesh, the robust unit, consisting of the intercooler and cross member, weighs only 18.0 kg, which also contributed to weight reduction. Installation is easy on the original mounting points and requires no additional modifications (1:1 replacement)With a pressure test up to 6 bar, we prove the pressure stability and reliability of our products. During the development of this high-performance intercooler, the focus was on optimal internal flow, with Ø82 mm inlets and outlets. This ensures optimal airflow and maximum performance.
