The TTE777 is the ultimate high-performance turbo upgrade from TheTurboEngineers, specially developed for the latest generation RS3 8V.2 / TTRS 8S DAZA & DNWA turbo to transform into a leading hybrid for the elderly CEPA, CEPB and CZGB engines. This is the most powerful conversion available for these platforms, with a proven ability to 800 hp, exceptional spool and uncompromising durability.

The TTE777 starts with a genuine BorgWarner turbo that has been completely rebuilt. The standard supercharger is replaced by a larger billet milled 7+7 wheel with advanced geometry, designed for maximum efficiency and airflow, delivering significantly more power than the TTE700 wheel. On the turbine side, a 9-blade low-mass high-flow turbine installed for lower back pressure and cooler exhaust gas temperatures.

TTE has it CNC machined exhaust manifold To perfectly match the OEM seal at the cylinder head, each port is carefully profiled for optimal gas flow to the larger turbine. These refinements ensure the TTE777 maintains exceptional boost response despite its extreme power output.

Each turbo is equipped with the TTE motorsport bearing system, designed for long-lasting performance under heavy loads. The latest generation units come with Audi OEM thermal heat insulation on the manifold and turbine housing. Each turbo is balanced with VSR high-speed balancing up to 250,000 rpm and supplied with an official balance report.

NB: The TTE777 is not Plug & Play — installation required manufacturing skills and custom components.
