The TTE777 TheTurboEngineers ' ultimate high-performance turbocharger upgrade transform the latest generation RS3 8V.2 / TTRS 8S DAZA & DNWA turbo CEPA, CEPB, and CZGB engines . This is the most powerful conversion available for these platforms, with a proven output of up to 800 hp , exceptional spool performance, and uncompromising durability.

The TTE777 starts with a completely redesigned original BorgWarner turbocharger. The stock supercharger is replaced by a larger, billet-milled 7+7 impeller with advanced geometry, designed for maximum efficiency and airflow, resulting in significantly more power than the TTE700 impeller. On the turbine side, a 9-bladed, low-mass, high-flow impeller installed for lower backpressure and cooler exhaust gas temperatures.

TTE CNC-machined the exhaust manifold to perfectly match the OEM seal at the cylinder head, and each port is carefully profiled for optimal gas flow to the larger turbine. These refinements ensure the TTE777 maintains exceptional boost response despite its extreme power output.

Each turbocharger is equipped with the TTE motorsport bearing system , designed for long-lasting performance under heavy loads. The latest generation units come with Audi OEM thermal insulation on the manifold and turbine housing. Each turbocharger is balanced with VSR high-speed balancing up to 250,000 rpm and comes with an official balancing report.
