The original turbocharger is completely redesigned internally: the standard compressor wheel is replaced by a 7+7 billet aluminum wheel with advanced aerodynamic geometry, resulting in more efficient airflow and increased power. On the exhaust side, a larger, 9-bladed TTE High-Flow turbine is installed, reducing backpressure and improving gas flow while maintaining virtually identical response to the original equipment.
At the heart of the TTE550 is the reinforced motorsport bearing system, developed to ensure long-lasting performance, even at higher boost levels. Each bearing is individually balanced on the VSR machine at high rpm for maximum precision and comes with an official balance report.
