The TTE540 is an advanced turbocharger upgrade from TheTurboEngineers, developed for the Mercedes-AMG C43 and E43 with the 3.0 V6 M276 engine. This upgrade delivers up to 546 hp while maintaining OEM driving comfort and throttle response. Perfect for those who want more power and efficiency without compromising reliability or plug-and-play installation.

The original turbochargers are completely redesigned and equipped with a larger, CNC-machined billet compressor wheel with 7+7 blades and next-gen geometry. This significantly increases airflow, resulting in faster spooling and more power across the entire rev range. The compressor housing is CNC-machined for optimal fit and maximum efficiency.

On the exhaust side, the standard turbine is replaced by a larger, TTE-designed high-flow turbine that delivers lower exhaust gas pressure, increased flow, and more stable performance at higher boost pressures. Combined with the reinforced motorsport bearing system, the TTE540 guarantees long-term durability under extreme loads.

Each turbo is individually balanced and tested to 250,000 rpm and supplied with an official balance test results document.
