With successful debuts in the WRC and winning back-to-back manufacturers' titles, Hyundai used its motorsport knowledge to establish the N division and launch its first true hot hatch, the i30N, in 2018. This GPF-back system is manufactured from high-strength T304 stainless steel and has a tube diameter of 76mm/3”The construction consists of four main components: the downpipe, front flex pipe, GPF replacement, and the GPF back system. The system offers the choice between a resonant or non-resonant GPF replacement and can be supplied with an electronic valve. The valved version allows you to control the system via the drive mode selector in the car, while the non-valved version delivers a consistently sportier sound by completely removing the valve. The Scorpion system provides a measurable weight reduction compared to the OEM system, which significantly enhances the driving experience. Wherever possible, the systems are equipped with acoustically developed mufflers to ensure zero droning throughout the entire rev range. For an additional aesthetic upgrade, we offer two handcrafted finishes of the signature Daytona exhaust pipe: the polished Daytona and the black ceramic Daytona. These options allow drivers to professionally personalize their Hyundai and tune the systems to their individual preferences.
