The JXB Driveshaft Carrier Upgrade is designed to replace the weak OEM driveshaft center bearing holder. The standard rubber construction allows too much movement under load, which can lead to drivetrain play, vibrations, and driveshaft misalignment.
The JXB upgrade keeps the driveshaft firmly centered, resulting in more direct throttle response, tighter shifts, and better control under heavy load.
Street and Track refer to the durometer (hardness) of the bushings. The Track bushings are approximately twice as hard as the Street bushings. Both Track and Street are many times stiffer than OEM and can handle heavy loads without problems, but the Street bushings are better at absorbing drivetrain noise and vibrations.
In most cases, both Street and Track are completely silent and vibration-free. However, if there is an underlying problem in the drivetrain causing the driveshaft to vibrate heavily, the Track bushings are sometimes unable to fully compensate for this, whereas the Street bushings can.
We recommend Street bushings for any car not specifically built for track or off-road use, because Street bushings are less likely to transmit NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) to the interior at high speeds or under heavy load.
Unsure which one to choose? Then the “Both” option gives you a complete set of both Street and Track bushings. You can use all Street, all Track, or even a combination of both to find the perfect balance between performance and comfort.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a driveshaft carrier upgrade do?
It keeps the driveshaft better centered for a more direct response and less play.
What is the difference between Street and Track bushings?
Street offers more comfort, Track is stiffer for maximum performance.
Does the driveshaft need to be removed?
No, installation is done without removing the driveshaft.
Does this increase NVH?
Street bushings minimize extra vibrations and noise.
