This intercooler is designed for optimal cooling under tough conditions, constructed of aluminum with continuous welds for improved durability and performance. It features an enlarged core volume for improved cooling and lower air intake temperatures, and has been rigorously tested to ensure top performance without compromise. Unlike the standard intercooler with restrictive quick-release connections, we've upgraded to Ø3" pipe connections with reinforced silicone hoses and a 2.5" aluminum J-pipe for improved airflow and reliability, especially under high boost.
The 124% larger core volume significantly improves engine performance and heat resistance, debunking the myth that intercoolers are only for major engine upgrades. It's especially effective in hot climates or during performance driving, preventing power loss due to high intake temperatures that standard coolers can't handle. Our kit includes a custom air duct to maximize airflow efficiency, as well as all necessary installation components such as bolts, washers, clamps, and instructions, ensuring easy installation.
