It do88 Chargecooler Manifold has been developed for the BMW M2 G87, BMW M3 G80 and BMW M4 G82 of S58 engineThe charge cooler system is integrated into the intake manifold and uses a 127 mm thick Bar & Plate air-to-water intercooler core and cast end tanks for an even distribution of air and coolant.
The manifold is manufactured from aluminum and developed using 3D scanning, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), 3D printing, and SolidWorks. The construction features an integrated fuel rail, multiple NPT connections for additional applications, and a thermal insulation plate with FKM silicone O-rings. Installation requires no modifications, and all necessary brackets are included.
