The Stage 2+ "RS" turbocharger kit for the BMW S55 is based on our extensive experience with turbo projects, incorporating new technologies for optimal performance while maintaining the factory fit. Using advanced flow analysis, we optimized the twin-scroll turbine housing to maintain the standard fit and operation, allowing compatibility with all standard-fit downpipes, intakes, and charge tubes.
This kit, which requires no core submission, achieves up to 808whp on a modified engine and uses stock wastegates and components for easy installation. It includes brand-new turbochargers, large intake manifolds, and is VSR balanced with upgraded bearings for reliability. Designed for significant power at lower boost levels, 24-25psi is recommended for optimal performance, with final tuning required.
