The OEM B8 and B8.5 intercoolers deliver disappointing performance; this platform benefits greatly from an intercooler upgrade. Vehicles running stock boost levels, up to and including Stage 1-2 and Big Turbo applications, will all see a significant improvement over the factory setup.

This massive intercooler core is nearly twice as large as stock yet causes no noticeable pressure drop; a pressure drop of 1-2 psi was measured. Cast aluminum end tanks seamlessly mate with our high-flow silicone hoses to ensure a leak-free, long-lasting boost fit! This part has passed our extensive quality control and pressure testing.

For vehicles equipped with Audi Drive Select (ADS); you will need to order an additional oil cooler for ADS.

The ADS cooler is visible through the upper right corner of the grille. This is usually found on cars with Dynamic Steering and Dynamic Suspension. Check this on your vehicle before ordering and add an ADS cooler relocation kit if necessary. See a photo in the image gallery.
