Airtec Motorsport de-res boost pipe for the Mini Cooper S and JCW F56 (B48 engine), developed as a direct upgrade to improve the response and sound of the turbo.
The original boost pipe is equipped with internal silencers (resonators) which have been installed by the manufacturer to reduce intake noise. However, these internal restrictions also limit the airflow.
By replacing this with a straight, free-flowing aluminum tube without internal damping, the airflow is improved. This results in a faster throttle response and a more clearly audible turbo and induction sound from the cabin.
The pipe is made of high-quality aluminum and equipped with a precision machined connection for a perfect fit on the original mounting points. The finish consists of a black powder coating with a subtle Airtec badge.
The kit is supplied as a complete bolt-on upgrade including all necessary mounting materials and a clear assembly manual.
