Thanks to its larger, freer-flowing design, cooling capacity is significantly improved, resulting in more stable performance and lower intake temperatures in both everyday use and heavy loads. The intercooler features an 80mm thick core and cast end tanks for optimal air distribution and maximum strength. This provides a much larger surface area, higher efficiency, and a larger volume than the standard intercooler. Despite this upgrade, the intercooler fits neatly behind the original grille , no cutting or modification , and can be used with the original hoses . The complete mounting kit comes with all necessary mounting hardware and clear, illustrated step-by-step instructions. Installation is simple and takes an average of 1-2 hours .
