Thanks to its massive size and freer-flowing design, it is an ideal upgrade for both stock and tuned RS models that demand more stability and reliability under heavy loads. The intercooler features an impressive 95mm thick core , combined with high-flow cast end tanks and a lower aluminium air-ram scoop that forces airflow directly into the core of the intercooler. This creates a much larger surface area, higher efficiency and significantly more volume than the standard intercooler. Despite this upgrade, it fits without any cutting and can be used with both stock and modified pipework . This intercooler is designed to handle power outputs between 250 hp and approximately 450 hp without any problems. The complete mounting kit comes with all necessary mounting hardware and a clear step-by-step manual. Installation takes an average of 3-4 hours .
