This direct-replacement kit offers improvements in performance and response. The enlarged boost pipe kit features a freer-flowing design with a larger internal diameter on both the hot and cold sides.
Cold side
Our comprehensive eight-piece kit starts with a gradual narrowing from the 40mm turbo outlet, increasing by 25% to 50mm at the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler inlet.
Hot side
From the 60mm outlet side of the intercooler, the pipe narrows to match the 49.5mm throttle body, reducing to a minimum of 53mm at the new cast aluminum throttle body elbow. This achieves an internal diameter increase of up to 39%, right at the most restrictive part of the original pipe (38mm) just before the throttle body elbow.
This overall increase in internal volume and improved design works to reduce restriction and improve flow from the turbo to the intake, resulting in more power and response.
Made from high-grade aluminum, the kit includes a revised throttle body elbow, a set of high-quality silicone connectors and all pipework is finished in a black powder coat for an understated OEM+ look.
The installation package includes all mounting hardware and detailed instructions.
