The 034 Motorsport Billet Aluminum DSG Breather Catch Can for the Audi 8V/8V.5 A3/S3 Replaces the small original plastic vent and prevents transmission fluid from splashing out into the engine bay. This catch can allows collected transmission fluid to flow back into the transmission, helping to improve the appearance of your A3/S3 engine bay by eliminating oil slicks. The catch can body is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and black anodized for a durable and discreet finish. Internally, a stainless steel baffle plate prevents transmission oil from leaving the system. The external mounting brackets are powder coated to prevent corrosion and improve appearance. The original plastic vent hose is replaced with an 8mm ID silicone vent hose with a connector on the transmission. All mounting points are stock, allowing for easy installation without drilling or cutting.
